#1 Trans Panama Trail, Panama
This comparably new trail, created in 2009 goes from the Colombian border of the country to the border of Costa Rica, its length is 1.130 km. This area that connects the Pacific ocean with the Atlantic ocean has a marvelous landscape and is rich in crystal clear waterfalls. After Panama City, the route is mostly the same as the Camino Real’s route, that was made in the 15 century by Spanish homesteaders. This is the trail on which the silver and the gold was carried to the ships on the shores.
