Valrhona has been making its chocolate specialties since 1922 for which they purchase the cocoa-beans from South-Americas and the Carribeans best plantations. The chocolate here is made in french style, in bars. They make the chocolate bars as oenologists make the wine, they write down the place of origin, the age-grade and the origin of each end every bar cocoa-bean from which the given bare of chocolate is made.
